Pujuan
1. Scope of service
These terms cover Pujuan accounts, mock exams, results and study information. Read these terms and the privacy policy before using the service.
Pujuan is a study aid. It does not provide official exam registration, official results or certificates. No ABRSM affiliation or authorization should be inferred without verified information.
2. Accounts and security
Use an email address you control and protect your credentials. Verification and recovery emails are used for account operations. Minors should read and use the service with a guardian.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change or reset your password. Doing so invalidates existing login sessions.
3. Mock exams and results
Paper details and the exam screen explain timing, marks and answer requirements. Confirm successful submissions and keep an internet connection. Closing a page does not pause an exam.
Mock results and explanations are for learning. They are not official results or a guarantee of passing. Report suspected content or marking errors with the paper and question details.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, evade access controls, scrape restricted papers or misuse other users’ accounts. Necessary and proportionate restrictions may be applied to protect the service.
5. Intellectual property
Questions, scores, explanations, artwork and software may belong to the operator or other rights holders. Use protected material only as permitted by law or authorization.
Trademarks and third-party material remain the property of their owners. Rights complaints should identify the material and explain the relevant rights.
6. Availability and responsibilities
Maintenance, networks and devices may interrupt service. Check your records after a save or submission problem. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The current version has no payment or subscription checkout. Any future paid features will require clear pricing and separate rules.
7. Stopping use and data requests
You can stop using the service and log out. Logging out does not delete your account or exam records.
Account deletion and personal information requests require an effective contact channel, to be completed by the operator. There is currently no automatic account deletion page.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes should be appropriately communicated. Operator identity, contact information, service region and dispute arrangements must be completed for the actual service.
